the location was superb breakfast was a pure joy with so many fresh choices i savored every bite the room was immaculate with thoughtful touches throughout i admired the beautiful decor and appreciated the attention to detail it reminded me of a fairy tale
the pool required a reservation which limited spontaneous swims access to the spa was challenging it was fully booked the parking was also unavailable presenting an inconvenience upon arrival

The room was a good size and the cleaners did an excellent job. the breakfast was very good with plenty of choice and delicious fresh bread. the staff were great too help. They really were very good.
The building and location are amazing but the room clearly had been a smoking room so smelt of stale tobacco. we returned after an evening out expecting that we could have a night cap. There is no bar. what used to be the bar is just a seating area and they don't serve anything past 10pm even to residents.

the location was good, and the breakfast had a decent variety (though nothing special).
the room i booked online looked much better than the actual room i got. the furniture seemed old, and there was a strange smell. also, the soundproofing was terrible, and i heard noise from the street all night. this made it difficult to relax after a long day.

the hotel gave me a complimentary upgrade to a grand beautiful double room upon my arrival. the renovated room was clean with top-quality materials. i noticed the bed was very big and comfortable, so that really helped.
the breakfast area became a bit crowded , and i had to wait briefly to access the dining hall.

I got a room with a big size. It was well appointed and clean. The room was very comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful with option of sparkling wine.
The hotel website show a swimming pool. I found it is in the adjoining hotel. Both hotels share it.
